Richard P. Doyle
Richard Doyle was trained in Intellectual Property as a Technical Law Clerk to the Honorable Giles S. Rich of the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He was also a Research Assistant to J. Thomas McCarthy on his Trademark treatise.

For over 25 years, Mr. Doyle has provided due diligence and counseling for technology driven companies with a focus on Intellectual Property litigation, commercial litigation and as the role of in-house counsel.

Mike Low
Mike has zealously represented individuals and institutions in dispute resolution and avoidance through litigation, negotiation, and practical counseling. He has tried jury and non-jury cases in state and federal trial courts and argued cases in the appellate courts.

Jaime Herren

Jaime Herren has corporate and law firm legal experience. She provides support for all areas of our practice spanning state and federal civil litigation, as well as dispute resolution on business and administrative levels.

Jaime was born, raised and educated in the Bay Area. She has a Master of Science in Thermal Sciences & Combustion and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of California, Berkeley. She graduated cum laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law. Her admissions include state and federal court, the U.S. Tax Court and the Patent Bar.

Laura Morrison

Laura has worked on over 50 pieces of commerical litigation over the last 15 years with Rich Doyle. She also has managed trademark and copyright accounts for clients with thousands of marks to clients with a single mark. She has managed large trademark portfolio for companies such as Atari, Inc., See’s Candy, and Foster Farms.
